Service Desk Co-ordinator
The Service Desk Co-ordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which include but not
limited to, creating and maintaining all engineer jobs and change requests, customer service enquiries,
general filing and administrative duties, scheduling of technical engineers and booking of staff training,
flights and accommodation.
Service Delivery Manager - Managed Services
This role is to develop, manage and optimise the sale and delivery of KLIKON’s Managed Services offerings.
Additionally achieve the prescribed management targets in accordance with the KLIKON Managed Services
Business Plan.
Infrastructure Architect
Working with the sales team to identify, design and plan technical infrastructure solutions for a diverse
and dynamic base of clients.
Level 3 Communication & Security Engineer
This role will cover extensive hands-on aspects of network infrastructure and security. You will fully utilise
your expertise across a multitude of security products within firewalls, identity management, IDS, information
security, threat and content management Virus protection and VPN.
Junior Managed Services Engineer
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote technical support for customers ensuring it is delivered in a professional,
effective and efficient manner.
