As an IT consultancy, service delivery and product procurement organisation KLIKON will work closely with you to understand your business and then look for opportunities to streamline and secure the underlying technology. We prefer to work with our clients strategically and holistically. It is then we can best leverage our expertise.

As a KLIKON client you are assigned a Client Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Sales Administrator who will work collaboratively to support your service or procurement requirements.

We use two initial engagement processes as a means to capture, assess and recommend: SERVICE DISCOVERY PROCESS & CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT. These services provide a foundation for KLIKON to provide tangible, relevant initiatives for our clients to consider. We review these initiatives together; achieve consensus agreement on what projects to proceed with and prioritise them for implementation.
