As an IT consultancy, service delivery and product procurement organisation KLIKON will work closely with you to understand your business and then look for opportunities to streamline and secure the underlying technology. We perform 3 comprehensive service functions: DESIGN > IMPLEMENT > MANAGE As a KLIKON client you are assigned a Client Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Sales Administrator who will work collaboratively to support your service or procurement requirements. We use two initial engagement processes as a means to capture, assess and recommend: SERVICE DISCOVERY PROCESS & CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT. These services provide a foundation for KLIKON to provide tangible, relevant initiatives for our clients to consider. We review these initiatives together; achieve consensus agreement on what projects to proceed with and prioritise them for implementation.
